[FW][FIX] SplitIntoColumnsPanel: Panel closes instantly

There was a mistake in the code adaptation when we introduced the stores.

How to reproduce:
- Open a spreadsheet
- Open "Topbar menu > Split text to columns" -> The sidepanel opens and closes instantly
