[IMP] Merged cycle counts docs and updated for 17.0

Changes:
1. Retook screenshots for 17.0
2. Removed the cycle counts section from Inventory Adjustments
3. Added information about the new buttons and fields available on the Inventory Adjustments page
4. Added links to other relevant docs
