[FW][IMP] sales: mass cancel quotation/SOs

This PR fulfills a request from VPD to add a brief mention about how Odoo 17 allows users to mass cancel quotations and/or sales orders. In previous versions, only mass deletions were possible.
A new section and supplemental screenshots added.
