[FW][IMP] Subscriptions: Contract in exception

Adding an admonition to the Renewals doc to include information about the "Contract in exception" option, from this task: https://www.odoo.com/odoo/project.task/4046035. Also cleaning up and updating the document to fit the current formatting guidelines.
