[IMP] pos_urban_piper: add integration prerequisites
In this commit:
- Added a new section under the "Online food delivery" documentation to describe the prerequisites and subscription requirements for using the UrbanPiper integration.
- Included details such as required Odoo version, supported platforms, and reseller conditions.
