[IMP] email: clarify domain formatting for dkim config
key changes @ lines 75–109:
- clarified formatting examples for dkim cname configuration
- separated dkim into subsections for clarity & to avoid excessive callouts
- see documentation task card

- added two lines that were different from 18.0/19.0
