[IMP] Inventory: Storage categories fix
An internal user noticed an error in our storage categories documentation. This PR removes the sentence in question and updates the language to be consistent with the 18.3 UI. I also had to update a couple of screenshots to be consistent with the behavior.
This saas-18.3 PR can be FWP up to master.
