[ADD] Inventory: Account for scrapped goods
While creating a tutorial for perishable products, I noticed a lack of documentation around accounting for scrapped goods. This PR documents the process to ensure that scrapped goods show up in the Profit and Loss report.
This 19.0 PR can be FWP up to master.
