[ADD] rental: add sign documents page
- Created a separate page for the customer signature workflow.
- Reformatted the existing text to create separate sections for intro, settings, and workflow.
- Updated style for section call-outs.
- Added an additional picture for the setting checkbox.
This 18.0 PR should not be FWP. I will make separate PRs for 19.0 to master.
