[IMP] Inventory: Make multi-package shipments current
While working on a script for multi-box shipments, I noticed that the documentation around multi-package shipments was out of date, starting with version 17.0. This PR:
- Updates the task flow for 19.0
- Updates screenshots
- Makes some language more active
- Fixes a couple of accessibility issues
Additionally, we have a task card associated with updating this documentation.
This 19.0 PR can be FWP up to master.
