[IMP] general companies: inter-company transactions example

- update options list and example to reflect functionality. they were redundant, i.e.:
- generate so said "generate so when so confirmed" → "generate so when po confirmed"
- generate po said "generate po when po confirmed" → "generate po when so confirmed"
- second example was for wrong option, generate so → generate po
other changes, accepted vale suggestions:
- avoid "your"
- avoid plural "(s)"
- avoid smart quotes
note:
- this is just a quick fix requested by a BSA, not a full article refresh.
- follow-up to same bsa's request: #16918
