[IMP] Manufacturing: Resolving work order dependencies v19
In addition to the requests in the task card, I have updated the documentation for how work order dependencies function in 19.0 and aligned the screenshots with our current guidelines.
This 19.0 PR can be FWP up to master. More changes will eventually be coming for 19.2+, but I will create those in the future.
