[IMP] mrp: update mps color code
quick update for bsa @anpo's request, see documentation task card: https://www.odoo.com/odoo/project.task/5965515
key change:
- update green color code to mention lead times
other changes:
- remove :align: center from image directives
- fix line length
note:
- fwp to 19.0 will require a minor cherrypick for color change from yellow → orange
