[ADD] mrp: manufacturing and work orders
Our manufacturing documentation lacks basic information around manufacturing orders and their associated work orders. I've compiled what I can into this document, including lots and serial numbers.
This saas-19.2 PR can be FWP up to master. There are changes upcoming in 19.3 that I can address in a future PR.
