[IMP] Subscriptions: Close subscriptions rework
This 19.0 PR updates the images and the language in the "Close subscriptions" to page to be in line with current style guidelines and also to more accurately convey the workflow for closing a subscription.
This 19.0 PR can be FWP up to master.
