[ADD] Inventory: add RFID CipherLab support doc
Adds CipherLab UHF RFID device support alongside updated hardware options and reorganized configuration steps.
Change summary
- Expanded the Hardware section to list three supported devices: CipherLab UHF RFID RS36/RS38 Series, Zebra TC53e-RFID Series, and Zebra RFD90XX/RFD40XX Series
- Added a new CipherLab configuration subsection covering firmware update requirements, APK installation, notification permissions, accessibility settings, and End Character configuration
- Reorganized existing Zebra setup steps into a dedicated Zebra subsection for clarity
