[IMP] MRP: Dropship to subcontractor update 19.0
Description
This PR updates the 'Dropship to Subcontractor' documentation for 19.0. The 'dropship to subcontractor' route (along with other routes), previously a required configuration on components in 17.0 and 18.0, has now been hidden by default and merged with the 'Dropship' route. Users can now configure each component on a subcontracting-type BoM with the default 'Dropship' route instead of the former 'Dropship to Subcontractor' route. See the task card below for more.
Additional minor changes were also included in this PR.
