[IMP] sales: down payments edits
Added Payment Terms & installment plans link to the intro and end of the document and reorganized the Example sections.

Changes
- Added a Types of down payments section with hyper link to the examples.
- Changed the examples to sub sections of the Types of down payments section.
- Revised the content of the examples to make it slightly more concise.
- Removed a product image.
