[IMP] Inventory: Starshipit update v17
What this PR does and why it's needed
Updates the Starshipit shipping documentation for v17 to reflect setup based on feedback from SME: account-side configuration steps (pickup address, couriers, checkout rates, API key) are now consolidated into a link to Starshipit's own "Integrating with Odoo" support article instead of being duplicated step-by-step in Odoo's docs, and the Odoo-side configuration steps are updated to match the current UI.
Changes
Starshipit account configuration
- Replaced the separate "Pickup address configuration," "Couriers configuration," "Checkout rates," and "Starshipit API key" sections (with their screenshots) with a single bullet list of items to configure, linking out to Starshipit's official "Integrating with Odoo" documentation for details
Odoo setup and configuration
- Feedback dictated that we create a new shipping method after installing the connector in v17; no activation in settings
Deleted files
- Removed several screenshots related to the simplified Starshipit setup section, as they are no longer referenced.
This 17.0 PR should not be FWP.
