[IMP] Inventory: Packaging barcodes 19.4 update
What this PR does and why it's needed
Updates the Packaging documentation to reflect the new Packaging Barcodes page in the 19.4 release, which lets users manage barcodes for all defined packagings of a product from one place.

- Documented the new Packaging Barcodes page, accessible via the Barcodes link next to the Packagings field on the product form, including its Product, Barcode, and Unit fields, with an accompanying screenshot (packaging-barcodes.png).
- Documented the Packaging Barcodes smart button on the packaging form, accessible from the Units & Packagings page.
This saas-19.4 PR can be FWP up to master.
