[IMP] MRP: Resupply subcontracting section overviews

Similar PR to this one.
This PR adds two sets of summarized instructions for the 'Resupply subcontracting' doc, one for its configuration section and one for its workflow section. This addresses a common customer complaint about the topic's complexity and the need for a simplified overview of crucial steps (as detailed in this task).
