[IMP] pos: update UrbanPiper page for store configuration
This commit updates the UrbanPiper documentation to reflect the recent store configuration flow changes introduced in odoo/enterprise#111749.
It also updates the list of supported providers and locations with the latest supported countries and newly added providers.
