[IMP] sales: pricelist update to 19.4
What this PR does and why it's needed
Restructures and updates the Sales pricelist documentation for 19.4, reorganizing the price rule configuration content into clearer, cross-referenced sections and consolidating the old tab-based structure (Price Rules / Recurring Prices / Rental rules / Conditions) into a single unified "Adding price rules" workflow with a dedicated "Configuring price types" reference section.
Changes

Pricelistspage images and sections - Updated wording throughout for clarity (e.g., "tick the checkbox" → "enable the checkbox", removed future-tense phrasing)
