[IMP] Subscriptions: Cleaned up renewals page and added description b…
What this PR does and why it's needed
Cleans up the Renew subscriptions documentation page: adds an SEO meta description, tightens line
wrapping for readability, and removes an unused, orphaned image file.
Changes
Subscriptions — Renewals
- Added a meta description block summarizing how to manually create a renewal quotation, from
confirming the order to invoicing and registering payment.
- Rewrapped several paragraphs and the seealso block for consistent line formatting.
Deleted files
content/applications/sales/subscriptions/renewals/contract-in-exception.png— unused image, not
referenced anywhere in the page. File moved to automatic_payments folder, since it's actually used in that doc.
This 17.0 PR can be FWP up to master.
