[IMP] Subscription: Testing the description skill
What this PR does and why it's needed
Adds an SEO meta description to the Upsell subscriptions page and cleans up some markup/formatting inconsistencies in the same document.
Changes
Upsell subscriptions
- Added a .. meta:: :description: directive summarizing the page for search results.
- Replaced :guilabel:Order Lines` references with italicized *Order Lines* for consistency with how the tab is referenced elsewhere on the page.
- Removed:align: center` from four images so they follow the default alignment.
This 17.0 PR can be FWP up to master.
