[ADD] rental: labor service rental product page
What this PR does and why it's needed
Adds a new documentation page covering the configuration of labor (non-physical) service rental products in the Rental app, complementing the existing physical service products page. The new page walks through configuring employee roles in the Planning app, creating a labor service product, and setting up base and additional rental pricing.
This saas-19.1 PR can be FWP up to saas-19.2.
