[FIX] sales: removed optional products from quotation templates
What this PR does and why it's needed
Updates the Quotation templates page, which had become outdated: it still described a since-removed "Optional Products tab" and used stale screenshots. This PR removes the outdated content, links to the correct documentation for configuring optional products, and refreshes the screenshots.
This 19.0 PR can be FWP up to saas-19.2.
