[IMP] Sales: Quotation kanban view update
What this PR does and why it's needed
Documents the quotations kanban dashboard in the Sales app and updates the menu path used in related pages, since sales orders are now reached through Sales > Orders > Quotations.

Changes
Quotation dashboard
- Added a "Sales quotation dashboard" section to the sales quotations page. It explains that the dashboard lists all sales orders by default, regardless of status, and how to apply more filters from the search bar and change the view with the header buttons.
- Documented the To Confirm, To Deliver, and To Invoice header shortcuts, which each filter the dashboard to the matching orders.
- Documented the Last # Days date range selector (7, 30, 90, or 365 days) and the Sales Orders and Sales Revenue totals with their rate of change.
- Added a screenshot of the dashboard header.
Menu path updates
- Changed the navigation path to Sales > Orders > Quotations in the income account modification steps of the down payments page.
- Changed the navigation path to Sales > Orders > Quotations in the sales order tip of the discounts page.
