[IMP] AI: Changes to AI overview

What

Rewrites the AI overview page (productivity/ai.rst) so it introduces Odoo AI as a whole, instead of documenting only the Ask AI agent.

Why

The old page described only the Ask AI chat: how to open it, what you can do with a response, and some example prompts. It didn't mention agents, AI features in other apps, automation, or how AI requests are served. Those topics now have their own child pages under ai/. This page now gives a short overview and links to them.

Changes

• New intro: describes Odoo AI and puts AI agents at its core. It notes that Odoo AI can use Odoo's built-in services or an external agent through the Odoo MCP server.
• Access Odoo AI: joins the old Ask AI and AI button sections into one short list (the AI icon, or Ctrl + k in the command palette). It keeps the "Open in Discuss" tip and fixes the "palatte" typo in the image alt text.
• Use Odoo AI: a new list that links to the feature pages: AI fields, email templates, voice transcription, image generation, and Live Chat.
• AI agents: a new short section on system prompts, skills, and sources, linking to ai/agents.
• AI and automation: a new section that links to ai/server-actions and ai/document_sort.
• AI providers: a new section on IAP credit usage and the MCP server alternative, linking to essentials/in_app_purchase and ai/mcp_server.
• Removed: the response options list (Send as Message, Log as Note, Copy), the Default Prompts note, the "agent never shows errors" warning, and the Common requests examples.
• Deleted images (no longer referenced anywhere): ai/ai-button.png, ai/open-in-discuss.png, ai/response-options.png.

No files were renamed or moved, so no redirect rules are needed
