[FW][FIX] localizations: guide to tax report to re-connect to HMRC

In the multi-company HMRC submission section, the documentation mentions that you can connect to HMRC from the user form, after having reset the credentials.
This is not true, you have to go back to the tax report and click the "Connect to HMRC" button.
