[FW][IMP] inventory: update differences doc
This PR is an [IMP] targeting the differences doc in Odoo's Inventory documentation.
Performed complete rewrite to the document for 15.0 to be fwd-ported (targeted revision for 16.0 to follow). Since this is an overview doc, there's no flow section - linked instead to individual docs that go in great depth on topics presented in this doc.
- Completely rewrote the .rst file
- Added screenshots (there were none previously)
- Rewrote and added to doc to make more robust and comprehensive than before
