[IMP] events: full rewrite of sell tickets

This PR is a COMPLETE REWRITE of the previous documentation surrounding how to sell event tickets -- both online and via sales orders.
FYI: The create_events PR MUST be merged/published prior to this one. The only build errors present revolve around the couple times in this doc where I reference link back to it...but, as you can imagine, that will only result in errors until it is officially published -- so just keep that in mind, please. Thanks! 👍
