[FW][FIX] sales: corrected pricelist configuration detail
made a requested change per this PROJECT TASK: https://www.odoo.com/web#id=3859193&cids=3&model=project.task&view_type=form
- added an important admonition to describe the importance of the pricelist order on the pricelist page (lines 52-55)
- added a second sentence of clarification in the note admonition that follows (line 62)
