[FW][IMP] inventory: fix lot assignment
Summary
- Update screenshots and instructions from Odoo 14 :arrow_right: 16
- Correct inaccuracies regarding lot number assignment: lot numbers are assigned on receipts, not purchase orders.
- Clarify that the Lot/Serial Number page is used to reserve lot numbers for products, not assign them.
- Swap "Lot assignment" and "Lot management" sections to better reflect workflow
- Add info about Traceability report
