[IMP] website_appointment: support 's_appointments' via website configurator
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
- Adapted 's_appointments' dynamic snippet to be included in a theme's manifest. As a result, the snippet can be added to the website via the configurator, without needing manual insertion via the HTML editor.
