[FIX] composer: hide `Fx` icon when composer has a placeholder

Description:

[FIX] composer: show spreaded cell placeholder on mobile composer

The mobile composer would not show the placeholder with the array
formula when selecting a spreaded cell.

[FIX] composer: hide Fx icon when composer has a placeholder

The top bar composer would have the Fx icon shown even when it had
a placeholder for spreaded cells.
