[FW][FIX] pos_self_order: language select not working
Steps to reproduce:
- Configure a kiosk to have multiple languages
- Observe that the language can be changed in the kiosk UI as expected
- Install the website module, and configure the website's languages to not include one of the kiosk languages
- For example, kiosk has EN and FR, website just has EN
- Observe that the language can no longer be changed in the kiosk
