[IMP] im_livechat: Polish the live chat expertise config menu
Current behavior before PR:
Prior to this PR, the Live Chat > Configuration > Expertise lacked features like filtering by current user's expertise, grouping by operators, and displaying operators' avatars in kanban and form views. The menu name was also unclear.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
Now, 'operators' field uses the avatar widget in form and list views. a 'My Expertise' filter and group by 'operators' are added. A kanban view displays expertise names with operators' avatars, and the menu is renamed to 'Operator Expertise'.
