[FW][FIX] l10n_sa: Fix CoA Data
Set the correct accounts for expense & income currency exchange accounts

Current behavior before PR:
- The exchange difference accounts were wrongly assigned
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
- Fix issue by swapping them
