[ADD] multiple_approval_mechanism: sales order approval workflow
After this commit:
- Added fields in the Approval module
- Implemented automatic approval type selection based on Sales Order amount.
- Added a ribbon to display Sales Order approval status.
- Added Sales Quotation button for navigation.
