[DRAFT][ADD] website/saas-18.2.1.0: remove company specific social media

This PR handles the upgrade for the field removal namely social_tiktok',' social_instagram', 'social_youtube', 'social_linkedin', 'social_github','social_facebook','social_twitter' form website module is the work of task where we have removed company specific social media and made it user specific. The upgrade script is from 18.0 to master(saas-18.2.1.0).
