[IMP] stock(_sms)/saas~18.5: update text confirmation field

This commit refactors the text confirmation field to support both SMS and WhatsApp while validating delivery orders.

• Moved stock_move_sms_validation from stock_sms to stock in the res.company model.
• Renamed it to stock_text_confirmation.
• Removed stock_move_sms_validation from res.config.settings.
